OPPORTUNITIES
INTERNSHIPS with QUARRY THEATRE
Quarry Theatre interns acquire real-world experience applicable to careers in theatre and related fields. All interns must be over the age of 18 and currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited institution. Internships are available during the summer and interns do receive a stipend.

Internship opportunities include: stage management, performance, design (costume, scenic and/or lighting) dramaturgy, marketing and publicity, social media, and grant writing, among others. Work hours and assignments are unique to each internship depending on the current needs of the company.

Interns and their supervisors outline goals for the internship and are assessed midway through and at the end of the internship against those goals. QT provides a supportive environment with the expectation that interns will embrace new challenges. The intern site supervisor will communicate regularly with their school/university’s point of contact regarding the intern’s progress and performance.

Internships are based in Baltimore, MD and are unpaid. All interns must have transportation. Housing is not provided.
